April 1, 2009 – Harold Koh, the former dean of the Yale Law School has been picked by President Barack Hussein Obama to be the legal adviser to the Department of State. Koh will represent America at the United Nations and the International Court of Justice.

Koh is an outrageous transnationalist lawyer who believes that American law should be interpreted according to international “norms” instead of our U.S. Constitution.

In 2007, at a speech before the Yale Club in Greenwich, he claimed that he didn’t see why Shariah law couldn’t be applied to govern cases in the United States. Shariah law is a ruthless Islamic legal system that calls for stoning of women who are victims of rape; for cutting off heads and hands of adulterers; and death for anyone who leaves Islam for another religion.

As TVC Executive Director Andrea Lafferty has stated: “Shariah is counter-Constitutional, based on Islamic principles which favor Muslims over non-Muslims and men over women and children. Rights are dispensed unequally according to religion and gender.”

Koh also wants American law to be subjugated to international law and to the International Criminal Court. He suggests pushing a “transnational legal process” in the U.S. that will “generate legal interpretations that can in turn be internalized into the domestic law of even resistant nation-states.”

TVC warned about Koh back in November when he was being touted as a possible Supreme Court nominee. At that time, Lafferty described him as a “committed pro-abortionist who views the Constitution as an etch-a-sketch tablet. Koh thinks that the meaning of the Constitution is whatever a judge of U.N. resolution says it means.” Koh is clearly willing to give away our national sovereignty.

He wants “human rights advocates” to litigate in domestic courts as well as international courts to bring out rulings that will subvert American constitutional government.

As some overlook the tragedy in India, where Islamic terrorist captured/killed/destroyed, I am still amazed of the news outcome.

The United States Tuesday renewed its call on Pakistan to fully cooperate with the Indian-led investigation of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai. U.S. officials say they suspect a group based at least partly in Pakistan may be behind the operation. VOA's David Gollust reports from the State Department.

Whatever, we can call them anything and Pakistan will do what Pakistan wants too.

With India saying no military action will be made against Pakistan and their terrorist, while our next U.S. President Elect wants to 'talk' rather than act, I don't see anything being done here.

In short, India was again attacked. U.S., Britain residents taken hostage, people killed, India's finance success will be rocked (Source), and nothing will be done.. Sickening.

Woman Honor thyself, in this article has shown the full speech by Geert Wilders. Mr. Wilders informs everyone the extreme issue of Europe being Islamocised and taken over geographically/politically by those following Islam. It is worth the reading.

The great concern when I read this, is the fact, it may be already too late. You can hear their urgency in the message. So why isn't the media on this? It would seem the bloggers and internet writers are the last of free speech.

Speaking of the net and freedom of speech. The Religion of Peace has a very interesting/scary link on Jihad 2.0.

Front page Mag has an article showing the rise of Islamic websites recruiting, indoctrinating, and providing answers to would be terrorist.

Some things the article points out these sites are providing are videos of killing American troops, answers regarding Jihad, Islam's answer for Pedophilia (they are for it).

The servers providing many of these websites have been moved to U.S. due to our Federal Judges protecting said sites under the freedom of speech. Sigh.

Note this idea of Islam taking over geographically/politically is not new. I posted an article back in 2006 regarding Canada being hijacked by Islam.
